About

I'm Agus (Agustin Garcia Flores). This blog is about my homelab, which I run the way I'd want production to run: declarative, versioned, and rebuildable from a git repository. If something only exists because I clicked it, that's a bug.

What that looks like today:

  • Proxmox VE as the hypervisor, with Ansible preparing the hosts.
  • Kubernetes on Talos Linux, which has no SSH and no shell, created with OpenTofu.
  • ArgoCD deploying everything on the cluster straight from git.
  • OpenTofu state kept remotely and encrypted on the client before upload.

Expect posts about why things are built the way they are, and especially about the failures: the ones where the obvious check passed and the system was still broken.

I also race. That's on agusgoesracing.
